Earning Your Pearls

A pearl begins with something small that causes discomfort and irritation, yet over time, it is covered layer by layer until something beautiful is formed. In much the same way, God uses the challenges, growth, and moments of our lives to shape us into something beautiful for His purpose.

Our Pearls of Purpose are a way to recognize women who go above and beyond in their faith, service, kindness, and personal growth. When you earn a pearl, you will receive a real pearl inside a shell, presented to you as a symbol of the growth, faith, and impact you have shown. Each pearl is a reminder that God can take even the smallest moments and transform them into something beautiful.

How to Earn Pearls

• Simply by joining our ministry

• Scripture Mastery & Discipleship: Memorizing specific Bible verses, completing Bible studies, or graduating from mentorship programs, Bible School, Preacher School, etc.

• Servant Leadership: Volunteering for ministry tasks, such as hosting small groups for community outreach, leading prayer, or organizing community outreach events.

• Acts of Kindness: Participating in community service or demonstrating the fruits of the Spirit (e.g., patience, kindness, and charity).

• Mentoring Others: Guiding younger women in the faith or participating in formal discipleship partnerships.

• Helping others through our Bible Crusade to place a personalized Bible in the hands of those who need one.

• Mission Trips

• Memorizing a full key Bible verse, such as Proverbs 31

• Completing a discipleship book

• Volunteer Hours: Such as helping in the church nursery, organizing a meal train, or organizing a clothing drive/closet. Volunteer hours must be a commitment of once a month, etc.

• Life Milestones: Victories over trials, milestones in healing, spiritual growth, etc.
