DR. MELINDA C. HILL PCC is an Executive Director with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, and a speaker and leadership strategist. She holds a doctorate in Higher Education and Organizational Change and a master’s degree in Counseling.

Through her coaching and consulting work, Dr. Hill helps leaders strengthen organizational culture, align people around shared goals, and develop practical strategies for growth. She supports individuals and organizations in clarifying their purpose, strengthening relationships, and turning vision into meaningful action.

Rooted in faith, her work reflects a deep commitment to helping women recognize their worth, reclaim their voice, and deepen their relationship with God. Through coaching, speaking, and practical tools for emotional well-being and communication, she encourages women to grow with intention and live out their God-given purpose.
